Because our products are digital files that become available immediately after purchase, all sales are generally final and we do not accept returns.

If you experience a problem with a download, receive the wrong file, are charged more than once, or believe a file is defective, contact us within 14 days of purchase at [YOUR SUPPORT EMAIL]. Please include your order number and a short description of the issue. We will review the issue and, where appropriate, provide a replacement file, store credit, or refund.
